FlintCrew LLC (“FlintCrew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a managed AI dispatch and protection service based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We provide 24/7 AI-powered emergency dispatch services and AI protection solutions for trade companies. Our principal place of business is North Carolina. 2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name — collected when you submit a contact form or sign up for our service.
• Service Requests: Information about the services you are inquiring about, including the nature of your business and dispatch needs.
• Communications: Records of your communications with FlintCrew, including emails, call logs (not recordings), and support requests.
• Usage Data: Aggregated, anonymized information about how you use our platform — pages visited, features used, session duration. We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral advertising.
• Billing Information: Payment method and billing details, processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store raw credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information for the following purposes:

4. AI Data Handling

Our AI dispatcher (Hailey) processes inbound calls. During this process:

• ■Personally identifiable information (PII) including names, phone numbers, and addresses is stripped and replaced with anonymized placeholders before any data reaches an AI model.
• ■The AI model processes only the anonymized version of the data.
• ■Original PII is retained locally in encrypted form for dispatch purposes only.
• ■We do not send your customers' real personal data to any third-party AI provider.
• ■We do not use your customers' data to train AI models.

For customers on the Dispatch + Protection plan, our AI protection layer also monitors other AI tools in your business. The same PII-stripping principles apply.

5. SMS Communications

FlintCrew sends SMS messages for the following purposes:

• ■Dispatch confirmations (sent to your on-call technicians)
• ■Appointment reminders
• ■Emergency alerts
• ■Account and service notifications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive these messages. Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Third Parties

We share information with third parties only as necessary to provide our service:

• ■Payment processors (for billing)
• ■SMS providers (for dispatch notifications — numbers only, no PII)

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for 3 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. Dispatch logs and audit records are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at dave@flintcrew.com, subject to legal retention requirements.

You have the right to:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes by email. Continued use of our service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
