Everything at a Glance
The overview dashboard gives you the complete picture of last night in 30 seconds. Total calls, emergencies dispatched, appointments scheduled, estimated revenue impact, current risk score, and active threat count.
Color-coded risk levels mean you know immediately if anything needs your attention. Green means the night ran clean. Anything else means we already caught it.
02 / After-Hours Calls
Every Call Logged
Every inbound call is logged with timestamp, classification (emergency vs. deferred), caller info, job details, and dispatch outcome. You see exactly what happened, in order, with nothing missing.
Emergencies are highlighted and linked to their dispatch records. Deferred calls are flagged for your team to follow up first thing in the morning.
03 / AI Protection
Six Layers. All Green.
The AI Protection panel shows the status of all six protection layers in real time. Each layer shows current status, interactions processed, and block rate.
When a layer flags something, the event appears in your review queue with full context. You see what was flagged, why it was flagged, and what action was taken.
04 / Audit Log
Every Action. Timestamped. Forever.
Every action taken in the FlintCrew system is logged in an immutable audit trail. Call received, PII stripped, dispatch created, human confirmed — every step has a timestamp, an actor, and a full record.
If a customer disputes a job, the answer is in the audit log. If something goes wrong, the answer is in the audit log. If you're ever audited, the answer is in the audit log.
05 / Review Queue
30-Second SLA.
Every Emergency.
Items that need human review appear in the queue with a countdown timer. Emergency items have a 30-second response SLA. If the reviewer doesn't respond, the emergency fallback protocol kicks in automatically.
Non-emergency items have a relaxed SLA but are still tracked and escalated if they sit too long. Nothing stays in the queue unresolved.
06 / Business Rules
Your Rules. Enforced Automatically.
Every business rule you set is enforced at the AI layer — automatically, every time. Service area, minimum charge, operating hours, escalation chain — configured once and applied without exception.
Change a rule and it takes effect immediately. No retraining. No re-deploying. Just update the value and the system enforces it on the next interaction.
